INGRÁFICA 2008 is launching its first open call in support of the creation, promotion and distribution of graphic and serialized art, these being the aims that define the festival’s identity.

Choose one of your printed works (etching, lithography, screenprinting, additive processes, electrographic and digital works, etc.) and send it with the application form to INGRÁFICA, C/ Atocha, 91 – 1º dcha. 28012 Madrid, Spain, before September 10th 2008. Application is open to both Spanish and international artists living in any part of the world. There is no age limit.

A specialized jury will select 50 pieces for a group exhibition to be held as part of the Festival. The maker of the winning work will be awarded an individual show in INGRÁFICA 2009, which he/she may develop in a module of the Master in Graphic Art run by the Fundación CIEC, Betanzos (A Coruña, Spain). The winning work and two runners-up will be presented at the INGRÁFICA stand at Estampa, XVI International Print and Contemporary Art Editions Fair, Madrid.
