BookVision je mezinárodní soutěž reflektující uměleckou knižní tvorbu studentů vysokých uměleckých škol a pedagogických fakult. Soutěž prezentuje studentskou tvorbu autorských knih v nejširším slova smyslu, ale také knih-objektů a dalších knižních artefaktů, které pojímají knihu jako médium pro volnou uměleckou tvorbu. Soutěž je určena pro studenty vysokých uměleckých škol a pedagogických fakult z České republiky i ze zahraničí. Soutěž pořádá Ateliér knižního designu Fakulty umění Ostravské univerzity. Open call pro pátý ročník bude zveřejněn v listopadu 2025.

BookVision is an international competition reflecting the artistic book production of students of art colleges and faculties of education. The competition showcases students creations of authored books in the broadest sense, as well as book-objects and other book artifacts that conceive of the book as a medium for free artistic creation. The competition is intended for students of art colleges and faculties of education from the Czech Republic and abroad. The competition is organised by the Book Design Studio of the Faculty of Arts of the University of Ostrava. Open call for the fifth year will be published in November 2025.
